A trip down the stairs

When you moved backward toward the stairs, expect this to happen; injury. I won't go into details why I did what I did, but the feeling of actually rolling down, hitting many steps along the way before landing on my right hand and head knocked on the ground floor. At that point, I lost all control of my body though I tried to stop the fall with all my abilities. The momentum of the first roll begins as a starting point, and each roll after multiplies as the numbers of step go. Fortunately, I have been accustomed to falling and rolling since I play soccer in the position of goalkeeper. Plus, I sensed the fall coming before I began losing control. Keeping my neck down, tucked in toward the chest, and let the roll take you until it stops. Forcing a stop, I believe, would cause more injuries because the body has certain limit to flexing and reflexing. The amount of momentum from the total body weight is surely greater than any single body part can withstand.

I ended up at Kaiser for X-Ray. Though I knew it's just a sprained, but Gabb insisted that I go check. I've spent $40 to sit and wait for an hour, with the doctor's treatment that was the same as what I did when the incident happened; iced the part, wrap it in ACE bandage, and elevate the injured part. Anyway, we went for the peace-of-mind, that is to be sure no cracks are anywhere in my body. Thanksfully, that was the case.

Another day with an incredible life experience. The last time I sprained something was my ankle, while running out from my house in Union City. That was while I had my PM Creative. Talk about PM, that hurts more than any pain I ever have to my body... it's not a sprained, it's a scar.

That was crazy. So what exactly happen with PM? Is there some morsel of info you could share?
